NuCodeComp

The International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) has launched the NuCodeComp project — a collaborative platform for digital comparisons in radionuclide metrology.

NuCodeComp is designed to support the validation of algorithms and software used in the analysis of radioactivity measurements. It provides a standardized framework that enables participants to analyze common benchmark datasets, share their results, and compare their performance across the community.

As part of the initiative, a series of benchmarked measurement projects (e.g., BIPM.RI(II)-digP1, BIPM.RI(II)-digP2, ...) are provided. Each project includes:

  • Standardized list-mode data files
  • Accompanying metadata
  • A downloadable results submission form

How to Participate

  1. Download one of the benchmark projects and its associated data files from the list below.
  2. Analyze the data using your own software or algorithms.
  3. Complete the reportingForm.csv with your findings.
  4. Submit the completed form by email to Romain Coulon.
