CIPM MRA COMPARISON REPORTS
SUPPLEMENTARY COMPARISON
COOMET.T-S5
Abstract
This report presents the results for the supplementary comparison COOMET.T-S5 of relative humidity standards coordinated by INM-MD (Republic of Moldova), with participants MIKES (Finland), and BelGIM (Belarus), under the framework of the CIPM Mutual Recognition Arrangement (CIPM MRA).
A thermo-hygrometer (ROTRONIC HP32-SET), provided by BelGIM, was used as the travelling standard. Measurements were performed over a relative humidity range of 10 %rh to 90 %rh and at air temperatures of 23 °C, 10 °C and 50 °C. Participants applied their own calibration procedures in accordance with the technical protocol and reported measurement uncertainties following the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM).
MIKES has published CMCs for relative humidity in the Key Comparison Data Base (KCDB) thereby supporting the validation of CMC claims of the participants.
Note that this text is that which appears in Appendix B of the BIPM key comparison database https://www.bipm.org/kcdb/.
The final report has been peer-reviewed and approved for publication by the CCT, according to the provisions of the CIPM Mutual Recognition Arrangement (CIPM MRA).
