The computation of the key comparison reference value at each frequency, x_{R,M}, and of its expanded uncertainty, U_{R,M} (k = 2), is explained in Section 8 of the Final Report and is based on a weighted mean.
The degree of equivalence of laboratory i with respect to the key comparison reference value is given by a pair of terms: D_{i} where D_{i} = x_{i}  x_{R,M}, and its expanded uncertainty U_{i} (k = 2), computed as explained in Section 8 of the Final Report. 
Pairwise degrees of equivalence may be calculated taking into account possible correlations.
