Abstract

The results of the SIM key comparison in the primary vibration calibration of the complex charge sensitivity (magnitude and phase shift) concerning steady-state sinusoidal vibration are presented. This regional key comparison followed the global CCAUV.V-K5 comparison over the extended frequency range from 10 Hz to 20 kHz. Measurement results reported by the two participants for magnitude and phase shift of complex charge sensitivity of back-to-back and single ended accelerometers were compared. A link to the CCAUV.V-K5 with the respective Degrees of Equivalence are reported.
