Abstract

We report the results of the key comparison on spectral responsivity of optical detectors from 300 nm to 1000 nm, which was conducted by 12 laboratories of the Consultative Committee for Photometry and Radiometry (CCPR). The comparison was carried out by measuring two types of transfer detectors: reflection-type three-element Si trap detectors and single-element Si photodiodes. This report summarizes the procedure of the comparison, the measurement results of each participant, and the data analysis details according to the CCPR-G2 guideline. The resulting degrees of equivalence (DoEs) of each participant are tabulated, and the technical capabilities and uncertainty budgets of each participant are also described in the Appendix.

The final report has been peer-reviewed and approved for publication by the CCPR, according to the provisions of the CIPM Mutual Recognition Arrangement (CIPM MRA).
