The key comparison reference value xR and its standard uncertainty uR have been calculated from the participants' results, excluding CIAE and LNE-LNHB data (see details in Section 5.1.1 and Appendix A of the Final Report).

uR = 0.006 x 106 s-1

 

The degree of equivalence of laboratory i with respect to xR is given by a pair of terms: Di and Ui its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), both expressed in s-1.
