MEASURAND                 Luminous intensity

The key comparison reference value xR and its associated standard uncertainty uR were calculated by applying a Mandel-Paule method to the participant results, those of the NMISA and LNE/LCE-Cnam excluded:

        xR = 86.256 cd/V     uR = 0.059 cd/V

The degree of equivalence of laboratory i relative to the key comparison reference value xR is given by a pair of terms, Di = (xI - xR)/xR and its expanded uncertainty Ui at a 95 % level of confidence where Ui = 2 ui, both expressed in (cd/V)/(cd/V).
