Conference facilities

Interpretation

Arrangements will be made for the simultaneous translation of French speakers into English and English speakers into French. No other translation services will be offered.

Speakers are strongly encouraged to speak at a reasonable pace, in particular when reading statements, so that the interpreters are able to accurately render their message.

Delegates who intend speak are invited to send an electronic copy of their statement to cgpm(a)bipm.org.

Internet

Wi-Fi will be available at the Palais des Congrès de Versailles.

The Wi-Fi network login information will be indicated on the CGPM postcard agenda, distributed at the registration/information desk.

Catering

Delegates are invited to use the catering facilities available in the venue of the CGPM.

Coffee/tea breaks and lunches will be served in the MAZARIN room, located on the ground floor.

Social events

There will be two social events organized during the CGPM.

Delegates who have previously registered through the dedicated online registration form can attend those social events.

Reception at the Eiffel Tower

The first coach will depart from the Palais des Congrès de Versailles to the Eiffel tower at 17 h 15 (followed by additional departures between 17 h 25 and 17 h 45).

The reception at the Eiffel Tower will be at 19 h 00.

Return coaches from the Eiffel Tower to the Palais des Congrès de Versailles will depart between 21 h 15 and 22 h 30.

Reception at the Sèvres - Cité de la Céramique

Coaches will depart from the Palais des Congrès de Versailles to the Sèvres – Cité de la Céramique at 17 h 45.

The reception at the Sèvres – Cité de la Céramique will be at 19 h 00.

Return coaches from the Sèvres - Cité de la Céramique to the Palais des Congrès de Versailles will depart between 21 h 15 and 22 h 00.
