Key comparison reference value:
The SIR reference value for this radionuclide is xR = 14919 kBq, with a standard uncertainty uR = 35 kBq, see section 4.1 of the Final Report dated 2014.
The value xi is taken as the equivalent activity for laboratory i.
The degree of equivalence of each laboratory with respect to the reference value is given by a pair of terms:
Di = (xi - xR) and Ui, its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), both expressed in MBq.
Ui = 2((1 - 2wi)ui2 + uR2)1/2 when each laboratory has contributed to the calculation of xR.
When required, the degree of equivalence between two laboratories is given by a pair of terms:
Dij = Di - Dj = (xi - xj) and Uij, its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), both expressed in MBq. The approximation Uij ~ 2(ui2 + uj2)1/2 may be used.

The value xi is the equivalent activity for laboratory i participant in CCRI(II)-K2.Eu-152 having been also been measured in the SIR (see Final Report).

The value xi is the equivalent activity for laboratory i participant in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152 having been normalized to the value of the VNIIM as the linking laboratory.
The degree of equivalence of laboratory i participant in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152 with respect to the key comparison reference value is given by a pair of terms:
Di = (xi - xR) and Ui, its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), both expressed in MBq. The approximation Ui = 2(ui2 + uR2)1/2 is used as none of the participants in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152 contributed to the computation of the key comparison reference value.
When required, the degree of equivalence between two laboratories i and j, one participant in BIPM.RI(II)-K1.Eu-152 and one in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152, or one participant in CCRI(II)-K2.Eu-152 and one in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152, or both participant in COOMET.RI(II)-K2.Eu-152 is given by a pair of terms expressed in MBq:
Dij = Di - Dj and Uij, its expanded uncertainty (k = 2), approximated by
