EURAMET.M.D-S1
Metrology area, Sub-field Mass and related quantities, Density
Description Density of liquids
Time of measurements 2012 - 2013
Status Approved
Final Reports of the comparisons
Measurand Density: 750 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3
Parameters Temperature: 15 °C to 40 °C
Atmospheric pressure
Transfer device Water, n-pentadecane and high-viscosity oil samples
Comparison type Supplementary Comparison
Consultative Committee CCM (Consultative Committee for Mass and Related Quantities)
Conducted by EURAMET (European Association of National Metrology Institutes)
Comments

The participants have to determine the density of the liquid samples at different temperatures using their own desity meters.
Link will be established to density determination by hydrostatic weighing through common participation of BEV and MKEH in this comparison and in comparison EURAMET.M.D-K2.
