The median of the mass differences between the results reported by the participants and the results reported by the Pilot Laboratory (CENAM) was calculated as the reference value, xR, with combined standard uncertainty uR (see Section 7.1 of the CCM.M-K6 Final Report).
xR = -0.90 mg uR = 1.20 mg
The degree of equivalence of laboratory i relative to the key comparison reference value xR is given by a pair of terms, both expressed in mg:
Di and its expanded uncertainty Ui at a 95 % level of confidence are evaluated according to Section 7 of the CCM.M-K6 Final report.
Linking APMP.M.M-K6.1 to CCM.M-K6
KRISS and CENAM provide the link between the key comparison CCM.M-K6 and APMP.M.M-K6.1, having participated in both comparisons. The linking process is described in Section 8 of the APMP.M.M-K6.1 Final Report.
Linking SIM.M.M-K6 to CCM.M-K6

CCM.M-K6
The key comparison was organized in two “petals” and used two 50 kg stainless steel standards.
All participants measured at least one of the travelling standards between April 2011 and July 2013.
CENAM acted as the Pilot Laboratory.

APMP.M.M-K6.1
The results reported by the participants are given in Table 5 on page 4 of the APMP.M.M-K6.1 Final report, and were obtained as the difference between the measurement of the mass standard carried out by laboratories and the nominal value 50 kg. The measurements were carried out in 2017.
SIM.M.M-K6
The results reported by the participants are given in Table 6 on page 7 of the SIM.M.M-K6 Final Report, and were obtained as the difference between the measurement of the mass standard carried out by laboratories and the nominal value 50 kg. The measurements were carried out in 2015-2017.
