The key comparison reference value xR and its associated standard uncertainty uR is based upon the power-moderated mean (PMM) of the reported results, excluding those of NMIJ, NRC and VNIIM as described in page 9 and Table 8 of the CCRI(II)-K2.Tc-99 Final report.
