MEASURAND   Mass fraction content of Bisphenol A in the CCQM-K148.a comparison material

The key comparison reference value xR and its associated standard uncertainty uR is obtained from a Hierarchical Bayes Random Effects Model (HB REM) estimator which was calculated using as input the twelve participant results after excluding those of BIPM, CENAM, NMISA, NIMT and VNIIM.

        xR = 995.6 mg/g     uR = 0.3 mg/g

The degree of equivalence of laboratory i relative to the key comparison reference value xR is given by a pair of terms, both expressed in mg/g:

Di = (xi - xR) and its expanded uncertainty Ui at a 95 % level of confidence where Ui = 2 ui.
