Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO)
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world's largest developer of voluntary International Standards, which give state-of-the-art specifications for products, services and good practice, helping to make industry more efficient and effective. Developed through global consensus, ISO standards help to break down barriers to international trade.
Many ISO documentary standards involve appropriate measurements and thus rely on the International System of Units (SI) and the quality infrastructure.
