JCTLM mission

Mission

The JCTLM was created in response to the implementation of the European Community Directive 98/79/EC on in vitro medical devices.

The JCTLM Executive Committee oversees its operations, and is the JCTLM's impartial final decision-making organ. The Executive Committee comprises representatives of the JCTLM Executive Committee Member Organizations.

Nominations and review process

Producers of certified reference materials, authors of publications of reference measurement methods, and reference laboratories providing measurement services for laboratory medicine and clinical chemistry are invited to submit nominations for review and possible publication in the JCTLM Database. Please use the procedures and forms available on these web pages.
