REMARKS on EMR products:
		WARNING: DRAO reference clock was reset on November 18 at 
			 around 0h UT by about 149ns.

1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
   correction value of 999999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock 
   comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
   a satellite). 

   DRAO clock error & drift were about 202 nsec (51132) & -23 nsec/day
   w.r.t. GPS time.

   ALGO clock error & drift were about 24.0 nsec (51136) & 11 nsec/day
   w.r.t. GPS time.
