Looks to me like this receiver (AOA ACT 247-U) has just stopped, much like
the previous one did every few days.  The 1 pps data pegged just after
midnigth at the beginning of 24 October, indicating that the receiver is
not operating.  So even if this happens infrequently (1st time that I know
about since the installation on 01 September), it seems that the basic
problem is not completely fixed.

I checked tracking on the AMC TurboRogue.  It wasn't.  I restarted tracking
at 2000 UTC, today, 25 October 1995 (MJD 51476).

It was doing well for so long.....

Bummer.
