Jim,
The TR receiver stopped tracking again following a 0.66 sec 1 pps jump. I
restarted tracking at 1236 UTC.

Jim,
The below synopsis is correct. As an addition to the below list, the receiver
1 pps readings jumped back down at ~1240 UTC following the tracking reset.
The new 1 pps readings are about 1 microsecond lower than the readings just
prior to the jump.
