I followed Linda's procedure to check tracking (it wasn't). I also followed Linda's procedure to restart tracking at approximately 2203 UTC. The receiver probably wasn't tracking from 0000 to 2203 UTC, MJD 51551. I checked the 1 PPS output after restarting tracking, and its value had returned closer to zero, but off from the previous day's readings by about 930 ns. Steven
