I'm sorry to have missed seeing many of you at the recent PTTI meeting. I have posted a copy of my PTTI proceedings paper (postscript) on my web page: http://spot.colorado.edu/~kristine/judah.html. This paper describes analysis of the USNO-AMCT(AMC2) carrier phase data between 50911 and 51078. Last week I updated the time series through 51146 (November 29, 1998). Results of this new analysis, with comparisons between carrier phase and TWSTT, can also be found on my web page. Agreement between TWSTT and carrier phase continues to be good.
