This is an informal response to the Call for Participation in the GPS Carrier
Phase Pilot Project.  A formal response will follow after the EFTF Meeting.

For your information, the Working Group on TWSTFT has alreasy formed a
Study Group on GPS Carrier Phase to investigate its application to the
calibration of TWSTFT data.  Dr. John Davis of NPL is Chairperson of the Study
Group.
I will meet with Dr. Davis at the EFTF and discuss the Pilot Project with him
and other members of the TWSTFT WG who will be there.  Because of the
interest in this technique, I am sure that the Study Group will be interested
in the 
Pilot Project Working Group.
