Dear Sir,

With reference to your joint call for participation in the GPS project
above, I inform you that although this Institute is interested in the
studies that will be performed on this technique by the new working group,
we cannot take part to the project as presently no GPS receiver for geodesy
is available at our timing centre.
We are instead participating in the international two-way synchronization
network from INTELSAT geostationary satellite and in the CCTF working group
devoted to two-way methods from satellites, where I hope we will soon be
able to contribute with regular measurements.
Please keep me informed anyway about the future development of this project.

Sincerely yours

Franco Cordara
