Below is a draft agenda for the upcoming splinter meeting of the
IGS/BIPM timing project participants, associated with the PTTI
meeting which begins the following day.  The meeting is open to
anybody interested.

   Date:   Monday, 30 November 1998
   Time:   13:00 to 16:00
   Place:  Hyatt Regency Hotel, Reston, VA


   1.  Review of events since June meeting -- J. Ray & G. Petit

   2.  Group reports -- various representatives

       Representatives of participating groups are invited to 
       present very brief summaries (1 or 2 viewgraphs only,
       please) of their activities, progress, or plans.  Please
       feel free to bring addition supporting materials to 
       distribute to other participants.

   3.  TWSTT report -- J. Davis

   4.  Open discussion on instrumental calibration issues


Other suggestions are welcomed.  It would be helpful if you could
send me a note if you would like to present a brief group report
at this meeting.
