Dear Sir,
I'would like to submit my paricipation in organized by IGS and BIPM
Pilot Project to study Accurate Time and Frequency Comparisons Using
GPS Phase and Code Measurements. Below is a filled up participation form.
Time Lab at Astrogeodynamical Observatory in Borowiec participates in the
creation of TAI and UTC time scales (acronym AOS Borowiec in Circular T
published by BIPM).
Borowiec is also the IGS permanent station with good results. We are
carrying permanent geodetic GPS observations using Turbo Rogue SR-8000
receiver from September 1993 (point BOR1).

Your sincerely,

         Jerzy Nawrocki
