Please note the following items concerning the December PTTI meeting:

1) The deadline for submitting abstracts is Wednesday, 15 July!

   The 30th annual PTTI meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
   in Reston, Virginia, USA during 01-03 December 1998.  At the meeting
   there will be a special session on the use of GPS carrier phase for
   time transfer, chaired by Kristine Larson.

2) Associated with the PTTI meeting, there will be a separate splinter
   session for participants of the IGS/BIPM Pilot Project.  It will be
   held on Monday, 30 November, 13:00 to 16:00, the day before the
   start of the PTTI meeting.  This session will also be at the Hyatt
   Regency Hotel in Reston.
