Circular 5, 24 March 1999JCR05.1. General information; Progress report of the JCR With this Circular is distributed a draft version of a progress report of the work of the JCR. This report is to be presented to the Consultative Committee for Time and Frequency (CCTF), to be held at the BIPM on April 20-22, 1999. A copy of the draft report will be distributed to the CCTF participants. Note that the CCTF acts on these matters only as the Committee that oversees the activities of the BIPM time section, not as one final addressee of the report. Please send your comments before April 9, 1999 for inclusion into the CCTF version of the progress report. Due to the required format for CCTF documents, this report is available only as a Word file, and not as a Latex file. Let me know if you require a paper copy.
