Dr M. Stock is Executive Secretary of the CCEM and member of the CCEM Working Groups on Low-Frequency Quantities (WGLF), on Electrical Methods to Monitor the Stability of the Kilogram (WGkg), and on Proposed Modifications to the SI (WGSI). He takes part in meetings of the CCEM Working Group on Radiofrequency Quantities (GT-RF) and attends meetings of the RMO technical chairpersons in electricity and magnetism.

Dr M. Stock is Executive Secretary of the CCPR and ex-officio member of the CCPR Working Groups on Key Comparisons (WG-KC), on CMCs (WG-CMC), and on Strategic Planning (WG-SP).
