Database of higher-order reference materials,
measurement methods/procedures and services

►New higher-order reference materials (RMs) and reference measurement  methods or procedures (RMM/Ps) have been approved for publication after the completion of the fourth review cycle of the Working Group 1 of the JCTLM.  Additionnal available RMs and RMM/Ps have been published in the JCTLM database in the field of Coagulation factor, Metabolites and substrates, or Non-peptide hormones.

►New reference measurement laboratory services have been approved for publication after the completion of the third review cycle of the Working Group 2 of the JCTLM in the field Electrolytes, Enzymes, or Proteins. There are currently 16 reference laboratories having reference measurement services listed in the JCTLM database.

Following the sixth meeting of the JCTLM Executive Committee held on 14 December 2007 the deadline for reference laboratories to apply for accreditation according to ISO 15195 and ISO/IEC 17025 as calibration laboratory has been extended to 1 January 2009, with a deadline for obtaining an accredited status for specific reference measurement services set at 1 January 2010.
